Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

This full-time position focuses on support of the firm’s individual and corporate retirement investment management business including:

• investment analytics and research
• participation in internal investment committee meetings
• preparation of investment plans for families and individuals
• support for and response to client account inquiries
• annual updates to client investment profile/suitability data
• onboarding support relative to new client acquisitions
• investment transaction posting, processing, and reconciliation
• investment performance report preparation
• responsibilities that ensure operations align with industry regulations

• exhibit strong organizational and time management skills
• exhibit strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• be client-focused while building solid relationships with staff
• be available to work outside regular business hours or on weekends, especially during peak periods
