Responsibilities
- Support Senior RMs to grow FIG Official Institutions Segment and gain hands-on experience in relationship management.
- Prepare presentation materials and marketing pitches, coordinate and participate in client meetings, file call reports and track follow-up actions.
- Handle client's requests in close collaboration with regional FIG colleagues, Credit, Product partners and Operations teams. Highlight inefficiencies and give input on ways to improve customer journey.
- Participate in legal document negotiation, annual credit review and new initiatives in line with FIG overall strategy.
- Jointly manage credit, AML/KYC and operational risks and within OI portfolio.
- Degree holder in Finance, Economics or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as RM or Product Sales.
- Good understanding of banking products with basic Credit/Risk management skills.
- A self-starter, positive and resourceful individual with inner drive and urgency to get things done.
- Enjoy clients' interaction, outgoing with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
