Responsibilities
Skills and Experience
- Support the origination of large ticket real estate finance loans, both bi-lateral and syndicated positions.
- Carry out credit analysis and make recommendations to senior staff.
- Monitor the portfolio and report on key changes or trends.
- Review Loan Documentation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and departments, eg. risk, legal, compliance etc.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in a similar role within real estate finance.
- Good credit analysis skills.
