S&P Global has an opportunity for a brand strategy professional to join our team. We are looking for a proactive individual to apply their expertise to our overarching brand portfolio.
The role will work closely with the VP of Brand as well as with Enterprise Marketing and Communication team members and divisional marketing and product teams.

  • Evolving and adapting global brand guidelines in collaboration with creative.
  • Analyze, monitor and report on the competitive landscape to determine where our brand positioning and products fit over time, target audience mindsets and how our brand strategy can have the greatest impact for our business
  • Responsible for the ongoing measurement of brand equity and attributes for the masterbrand and the divisions including managing external research partners, collaboration with divisional teams and developing insights and socialization to various teams.
  • Design and implement brand governance council, process and workflows
  • Develop strategy, socialization and governance of internal branding
  • Lead employee engagement activities for the brand purpose working in collaboration with our culture team - developing a network of employee brand ambassadors to support
  • Uncover and stay ahead of the curve on emerging and morphing industry trends, cultural shifts and brand strategy best practices
  • Acquisitions - work on the integration of acquired companies to successfully embed and rebrand them
  • Ensure brand hierarchy and identity across the portfolio aligns with overarching portfolio strategy and that brands within the portfolio are presented consistently and that guidelines are properly executed and followed
  • Partnering with your peers in Brand marketing In-House Agency and divisional marketing teams to build and maintain great client relationships.
What We're Looking For:
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years' experience as a brand strategist or planner at a brand-side company, agency or research company.
  • Previous experience working in B2B
  • Experience working with brand architecture, naming systems and messaging frameworks
  • Experience collaborating within dynamic and matrixed organizations, developing and rolling out brand governance and influencing leadership
  • Career progression in roles of increasing responsibility with craft expertise in brand management

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $72,300 to $150,200. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
