As a Product Business Analyst for Global Custody Tax & Network you will provide support for activities associated with project execution using the Agile methodology to ensure that projects are completed to client specifications .

The Client Onboarding Program seeks to reimagine how BNY Mellon interacts with clients through the Client Lifecycle. Client Onboarding sits at the intersection of business growth, market dynamics and client service. By leveraging emerging technology, the Program will develop new ways for clients to launch and modify their business with BNY Mellon. This will be a data driven approach, employing AI/ML tools and an immersive Client Experience (CX).

A Successful Candidate will:
  • Responsible for gathering and understand user requirements
  • Writes stories reflecting client needs.
  • Ensures agile methodologies and tools are routinely used to manage client demand.
  • Ensures knowledge of and compliance with established guidelines and Firm Policies for project implementation
  • Assists in coordinating with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute the project.
  • Supports Product Owner to drive delivery of the backlog and outcomes
  • Supports the development of the team's roadmap, with associated underlying metrics that support delivery.

Product Business Analyst Qualifications / Skills:
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum (ideally in a Jira tooling)
  • Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
  • Customer first / thinking mind set
  • Ability to understand and develop data models to support user story and requirements analysis
  • Process mapping skillset to understand and develop current state and future state diagrams
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
  • High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 1-5 years of total work experience
  • Financial Services experience desired
  • Agile experience desired
