Responsibilities :
As a Senior PMO you report to the IT Business manager and be part of PMO governing all aspects of projet portfolio (project reporting, resource management and financial management). You implement and enhance project governance controls and KRI's. You ensure all project methodology and related standards and procedures are followed and tracked. You monitor and control project gates and ensure proper use of methodology, you provide reporting and you ensure data coherence
