Job Description
Exciting opportunity for a top tier strategy consultant to work with the Payments team at a Big 4 Financial Services Institution

The Payments team is accountable for the day to day management of the Group's portfolio of domestic and international payments products.

We lead the development and delivery of payments strategy and innovation across retail and business payments, leading the design and execution of the Group's payments strategy. They also manage the Group's advocacy and representation to Government, regulators and industry bodies.

More About Your Role

As Executive Manager, Payments Strategy you will lead development and management of the Payments team's strategy and uniquely, the Group's Payments Strategy.

You will report into General Manager Payments Strategy and Development in Business Banking Payments and lead a team of 1 Senior Manager.

Your Responsibilities In This Role Will Include
  • Working with internal stakeholders to drive Group-wide coordination to progress the Group's Payments Strategy.
  • Working with Payments Product teams to drive strategic development for critical capabilities
  • Coordinate and contribute to Executive Leadership and Board requests
  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct . The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people.
We Are Interested In Hearing From People Who Have
  • Experience in consulting / strategy / transformation at a top-tier consulting firm (highly desirable).
  • Experience in the payments / financial services industry (desirable).
  • Strong collaboration with teams on work streams/ project activities end to end and independently manage deliverables.
  • Ability to deliver written and verbal updates to senior executives level.
  • University degree qualification in business, technology, law or commercially related discipline.
