An opportunity to work for a Sydney based Big 4 firm voted Australia's No 1 workplace by Linkedin! Currently recruiting a specialised International Tax Manager role supporting a US Clients base with tax planning, structuring and transactional advice.

• Delivering insights and US tax technical advice to high net wealth clients on a range of matters, including US Income tax planning, Asset structuring, Entity classifications and US Gift/Estate tax planning
• Managing a portfolio of clients and establishing trusting and long term relationships
• Helping clients plan through the complex maze of tax issues arising from being residents in multiple jurisdictions
• Ensuring that tax forms and related schedules provided to the tax authorities are accurate, complete and can be trusted
• Identifying business development opportunities with new and existing clients
• Training & mentoring & reviewing work of junior staff

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years international/US tax advisory experience for high net wealth/family group clients in an accounting/law firm
• Strong research skills
• Relevant tertiary qualifications such as CA/CPA/CTA
• Solid tax and accounting technical / systems capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
