Our culture will promote diversity and individual perspectives in an international environment, represented by more than 15 nationalities.

At RiverBank, we cherish our employees and foster a culture of learning and improvement. From your first day - where you will join a dedicated program to ensure your integration is successful - until many years later, you will be given the required resources to develop personally so that your career at RiverBank gives you a meaningful and lifelong learning experience.

You will support the development of our "Instant Loans" Business Line, a range of next-generation, data-driven business Credit Solutions targeted at SMEs in France and in Europe: Short Term Loans (STL), Merchant Cash Advances (MCA) and deferred payment solutions (BNPL).   • Design go-to-market strategies and action plans, defining clear value propositions and competitive strengths for each existing and future IL credit Solution;

  • Manage an up-to-date Product portfolio: shared and detailed library of product features for each Instant Loan product or version: credit characteristics, operational, technical and financial flows, CX, BMO impact, risk limits, etc.
  • Manage relationships and contracts with technical sub-contractors
  • Take ownership for hiring, building and scaling our products team over time.
