About our client
Our client, a global leading private equity advisory firm are currently looking to hire a Paralegal to join their London team. The firm, which supports some of the top private equity and alternative investment funds globally with fundraising and deal support is widely known in the market as being one of the global leaders in the space.

What the job involves
As the Paralegal, you will work as part of a high-performing legal function, supporting and working closely with the General Counsel and Legal Counsels. You will immediately be afforded plenty of responsibility, gaining some excellent exposure to legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.

• Assist with drafting NDA and engagement letters
• Liaise across deals teams globally in regards to the transaction process and other legal support matters
• Support with the preparation of various fund raising and transaction documentation
• Support with the legal research into new law and regulations across multiple jurisdictions
• Review service agreements when needed
• Support on multiple internal legal based projects

Who we are looking for

• Legal support experience working within the financial services, investment or asset management space
• Knowledge of private equity or private funds space would be advantageous
• Excellent organisational and management skills, with experience of working on multiple projects
• A pro-active approach and able to work independently
