Performance Reporting and Investment Operations Analyst

Alan Biller and Associates is seeking a highly motivated Performance Reporting and Investment Operations Analyst to join our Menlo Park team, which is currently working remotely.

Responsibilities

Gather financial data from various sources including Investment Managers, Custodians and Recordkeepers. Enter client and manager data into reporting system as well as calculating, analyzing, and reporting performance. Reconciliation of manager/composite returns and monitoring as well as reconciling data used within reporting systems. Work internally with other Performance Analysts, our Research and Consultant groups; as well as externally with investment managers, custodians, recordkeepers and administrators. Coordinate cash movements, review, edit and proofread materials as requested, assist with the monitoring, and review of client investment policies, and assist with the completion of client subscription materials for new investments.

General Requirements

Degree in Business, Economics, Math, or Finance preferred. 3+ years of performance measurement and/or operations experience. Familiarity with InvestmentMetrics or other performance reporting software. Investment operations experience with wire transfers and reconciliation to custodial banks with the necessary attention to detail. Demonstrated self-sufficiency and extremely well-organized. Excellent written communication and client service Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint
