Our client is a growth capital investor with a successful track record across the DACH region spanning more than two decades. With Offices in Frankfurt and Berlin they focus on Tech investments across Life Science, IT/Software, Mechanical engineering/Hardware and Food & Beverages.
The team are looking for a financially strong associate to hit the ground running and take the next step in their career. You will get the opportunity to work across all stages of the investment cycle. You will work actively on the full due diligence through to closing as well as providing active support across the portfolio companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with senior team members on all aspects of the deal life cycle from origination through diligence to closing
• On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for financial analysis and management of the due diligence work-streams
• Contribute to the ongoing management of portfolio companies, driving growth and taking a role during exit processes

YOUR PROFILE:

• Outstanding academics from a top tier university
• Previous experience gained ideally within the transaction services team of a Big4 or leading accountancy firm
• Excellent financial skills combined with strong commercial judgment and a hands-on working attitude
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for the fast-growth environment
• Native-level German skills and excellent English are required
