The business manages +US$25 billion of assets, across two distinct investment strategies - core / core plus; and opportunistic. While we always take a pragmatic approach to investing, we are currently focused on sectors that we believe are supported by structural tailwinds (multi-housing, logistics/industrial, office and data-center).

As an Asset Management Executive within the DACH real estate team in Munich, you will represent our Real Estate division in matters regarding real estate asset management.

Your responsibilities will require you to:

Your practical experience in real estate asset management and your understanding of the German real estate market will be essential in this role.

Further, to succeed in this position, you will be detail oriented for DCF calculation and will be able to work on a variety of projects simultaneously. It is essential that you can deal with time pressure and commit to deadlines. A strong client-oriented working is key in this role.

Requirements are high motivation, proactivity and resilience. You will demonstrate sound business judgement and possess strong interpersonal skills which will give you the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

You see yourself as a strong team player, will have excellent communication skills and be fluent in both German and English. You will be experienced in the full Microsoft suite, in particular Excel. Experience with ARGUS training is advantageous. Finally, you will be degree-educated, preferably in real estate, business administration, finance or law.
