The Senior Investment Analyst, Investment Administration will have a broad range of responsibilities and exposure in support of the Chief Investment Officer and the activities of the Investment Department, including developing presentations and other materials for the Board, senior management, as well as consultant and client meetings; leading special projects such as Diversity and Inclusion and any other topics as needed. The Analyst will also help support research and due diligence activities related to MissionSquare’s investment program and the management of the MissionSquare Retirement Corporate Portfolio.

 

The Senior Investment Analyst, Investment Administration will have a broad range of responsibilities and exposure in support of the Chief Investment Officer and the activities of the Investment Department, including developing presentations and other materials for the Board, senior management, as well as consultant and client meetings; leading special projects such as Diversity and Inclusion and any other topics as needed.

The Analyst will also help support research and due diligence activities related to MissionSquare’s investment program and the management of the MissionSquare Retirement Corporate Portfolio.

Essential Functions for this role include:

  • Compile, analyze and communicate MSQ fund performance for a range of audiences including our Board of Directors, senior management, and external entities
  • Prepare standard and ad hoc performance reports (monthly/quarterly) of fund, investment and market data and information for internal and external use
  • Participate in the development of materials for Board meetings, senior management, as well as consultant and client meetings
  • Coordinate with various teams within Investments on annual subadvisor due diligence, compliance testing and best execution review
  • Utilize a variety of resources, especially databases and analytical tools, to assist in development of market commentary and attribution of our funds
  • Maintain internal databases and files with respect to developed thought leadership briefs communicated to a range of audiences
  • Analyze above referenced data for comparative purposes, utilizing knowledge of investment management and mutual fund industry
  • Assist in special projects supporting the management of the MissionSquare Funds as needed
  • Support the management of MissionSquare Corporate Portfolio
  • Other duties as assigned

If you have the following credentials, we encourage you to apply:

  • 3-5 years’ of Investment industry experience, with specific experience in investment data collection and spreadsheet analysis, and investment-related communications preferred.
  • General knowledge of statistics and investment data
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and spreadsheet analysis
  • Familiar with eVestment, FactSet, Morningstar Direct
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the investment management and mutual fund industries
  • Applied investment and economic analysis
