Our best client is the one who allows us to get into every detail of their financial future, integrate that detail, and plan multiple steps ahead. Our Torpedo Proofing and Tranches of Income processes set CAISSA apart from other advisors, providing our clients the structure to make it through retirement in any market environment (check them out on our website!). Clients hire CAISSA to remove their financial anxieties by taking on the role of their personal CFO.

 

Our firm has grown rapidly and we are looking to welcome a Senior Investment Advisor, you would be responsible for creating investment lineups to use in client portfolios, investment research, and implementing portfolio adjustments.

 

What are some of the skillsets we are looking for in a Sr. Investment Advisor?

 

The main responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):

  • Procuring investment premier list, analysis, and portfolio construction
  • Research analysis and portfolio summaries for the Investment Committee
  • Manage client portfolios to their IPS

 

The Senior Investment Advisor has the following knowledge and skillsets:

  • Preferably experience in Tamarac and/or a similar performance software platform
  • Shares in the CAISSA values and team culture and is driven to deliver excellence.
  • Investment portfolio management experience of 5+ years and analysis experience for more
  • Proficient in Morningstar, analytics, portfolio construction.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and open to learning
  • Enjoys data analysis and independent work
  • Ability to naturally communicate complicated topics to clients

Education:

  • Bachelors’ degree required
  • CFA preferable

 

What are the Responsibilities of a Sr. Investment Advisor?

Develops and manages Investment Policies for Clients

• Owns the lead on client’s Household needs (finalizes IPS, performance, trading, etc.)

• Serves as a primary investment advisor for A and B clients and selects others. Coaches C clients with Investment Specialist.

• Responsible for maintaining client portfolio balances according to the IPS and Tranches.

Investment Committee Lead

• Investment analysis, portfolio construction, and premier list development

• Manages the monthly analysis process including creating a new and revised process

• Suggest & Implement changes to fund line-ups for existing clients

• Alternatives Specialist

• Leads vendor relationships

• Trade Implementation for client portfolios (including researching and implementing a new portfolio rebalancer)

• Owns the CAISSA Intelligent Portfolio and researching new models to leverage

• Reviews Tranches and target calculations

• Summarizes our portfolios, positions, and investments in creative ways to present to wealth advisors and clients. Also writing our monthly investment committee findings and is responsible for investment compliance regulations.

CAISSA Client investment experience

· Lead in supporting/implementing the client experience for investments.
