Vice President, Fund Management

Bank of China Group Investment Limited (BOCGI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of China Company Limited since 1984. As the only professional investment company of the BOC based in Hong Kong, BOCGI has invested in a great number of large infrastructures and major projects in the Hong Kong and Macao areas, mainland China and Overseas, covering such sectors as real estate, industry, energy, transportation, media, hotels and finance. BOCGI clearly repositioned itself strategically, expanded new business fields, perfected risk control mechanism and optimized its investment structure. With its return on investment mounting year by year, it has become an effective means and important carrier of BOC in the sphere of investment banking focusing on the business of direct investment and asset management.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Lead due diligence on prospective fund investments and prepare potential investment recommendations to the Investment Committee
• Engage in portfolio management including but not limited to monitor existing portfolio, conduct quarterly valuation and prepare internal management report
• Conduct market research and analysis based on Company's business strategic development plan
• Perform data collection and prepare portfolio analysis report on a semi-annual basis
• Work closely with headquarter and internal stakeholders on business operations
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with major in Finance, Economics and any related disciplines
• Qualified member of CFA is a plus
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in private equity, direct investment or FOF in sizable financial institutions or private equity firms
• Practical skills in data analysis and valuation
• Familiar with Bloomberg, Preqin, Wind, etc
• Good interpersonal skills, detail-minded and result-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Mandarin and English
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Associate
