Resonsibilities
- Manage key institutonal and wholesale relationships in EMEA and Asia-Pacific
- Oversee the team that acts as the client's second contact person, delivering a superior service experience to achieve high retention and renewal rates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client's key decision-makers. Provide clients with valuable insights on market trends and best practices.
- Provide internal management teams with intelligence on client needs to help inform future product development.
- Contribution to ESG Brand Building
- Represent the business at relevant regional industry events
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across the industry
- Become a recognised expert on ESG topics and the ESG product suite
- Work with sales executives to help the regional team meet or exceed ESG sales.
- Provide ESG subject matter expertise to the Sales team to help them advance and close deals
Requirements
- University Degree (2.1 or above)
- Minimum 10 years experience in client management role within asset management
- Interest in financial markets
- Strong interest in ESG/Sustainability
- IMC/CFA or similar
- Understanding of UCITS/SICAV's
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluency in another language would be an advantage
