Responsibilities
Key Requirements
Seeking to speak with Valuations specialists within Consultancy, Investment Management or Banking who have exposure to Non-Listed Credit investments
Sponsorship provided for UK based candidates
Hybrid working - City based offices
New headcount within the team - excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience
- To manage key processes around the production of investment values for illiquid credit assets and complex securities, including the performance of investment valuations
- Primary focus on the oversight and performance of regular valuations of illiquid fixed income and complex security investments
- Oversight and performance of valuation due diligence reviews
- Attendance at Fair Value Committee meetings to provide relevant technical input to the Committee as required
- Assisting with the review and challenge of externally performed property valuations
Key Requirements
- Professional qualification - Accounting (ACA/ACCA/CIMA - c3-5yrs PQE)
- CFA Desirable (Chartered / Studier)
- Prior experience of both the oversight and performance of valuations of illiquid credit / fixed income assets as the primary function of a previous or existing role
- Extensive prior experience of drafting valuation reports for use by a number of parties
- Experience of dealing with external clients or influencing at senior level within an organisation
