This role: 3/2 hybrid. Can be in LA or Orange County. 

Large investment management firm in the mutual funds, insurance, fixed income and equity investment industry is adding multiple new talent to their trade and compliance department. The Equity Trade Order Management Analyst will assist with facilitating the System and support within the investment professionals by processing equity trade authorizations, verifying adherence to regulatory compliance and internal guidelines, and resolving issues when they arise. You will produce, refine, and automate processes and procedures in the Order Management team to efficiently deliver the Capital System at scale to clients globally.

Work closely with fund officers and investment professionals to help manage activities ranging from day to day operations to implementing long term strategic changes in our funds to best service our shareholders.

As a subject matter expert, you will understand how our fund objectives drive fund management and serve as the primary point of contact within Order Management for Investment Professionals and other departments on matters that impact our funds.

Requirements: Degree, 2+ years of working in the investment management and asset management industry (fixed income, equity, CLO, Bank Debt, Back office, front office, middle office, etc). Strong Excel to manipulate data, answer questions and solve problems. well-versed in synthesizing information and presenting it in a distilled manner. High service orientation, integrity and take ownership of work. Open to being someone someone who others look to for different perspectives and quality assurance. Detail orientated and strong accuracy are consistent and dependable individual. You are a progressive thinker with a passion for streamlining processes and leveraging relationships to navigate changes.
