Job Responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Close liaison with business partners to prepare the product plans, marketing activites and campaigns
- Review tactical and strategic plans to boost the sales revenue in order to achieve year end assigned target within regulatory framework
- Review the product perform of the bank to enrich the product range offerings
- Support product sales and frontline sales on the business in providing marketing ideas
- Proeactively track the product plan and business strategy
- Ensure the product offering and selling process is comply with internal and external regulatory requirement
- Conduct product and provider due diligence with regular evaluation
Job Requirements
- University graduate, preferably with major in Finance, Economics, Business Administration.
- 5-7 years of solid experience in working with banking, asset management, insurance or other finance related field
- CFA, CFP, FRM candidate is ideal, but is not a must
- Strong business sense with good analytical skills , interpersonal and leadership capabilities
- Detail-oriented and excellent project management skills
- Good negotiation skills for liaison with business partners
- Excellent communication skill in written and spoken English & Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferred
- Able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
