Requirements / experience:
- Degree in finance / economics / math, or graduate-year student
- Work experience in professional firm or organization: 1+ years
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word; experience with Power BI
- Familiarity and ability to discuss economic and business concepts, economic and financial analytics
- Practical knowledge of industry research, corporate finance, valuation techniques is a plus
- Understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts; experience with Big 4, investment banking or advisory is a plus
- Participation in CFA Research Challenge and being a candidate in the CFA program is a plus
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, Ukrainian, and Russian
- Strong desire to grow professionally in investments and finance
- Curiosity and structural thinking

Responsibilities:
- Market analysis
- Support to investment projects analysis, search of new investment and strategic opportunities both within and beyond the existing company business model
- Support in M&A deals and due diligence
- Support in internal business optimization projects
- Peers / competitors analysis and benchmarking
- Support in the preparation of financial and operational reports and presentations for investors
- Support in Investor Relations, Corporate Governance functions and financial reporting
