Fixed Income Sales, China & Hong Kong

Responsibilities

• Key member of Sales team, covering clients across Hong Kong and China;
• Develop new clients, and strengthen existing relationships;
• Understand clients bond criteria.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, confident and hungry to succeed with good communication and interpersonal skills;
• "A" Level / Diploma holder or above, preferably in Finance, Economics or related disciplines;
• Relevant working experience in fixed income sales, trading, broking or "market" environment;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, prefer mandarin native speaker.

固定收益销售岗, 覆盖中国及香港客户

本公司是一家在固定收益、私人债务领域领先的独立中介机构的香港分公司。总部位于新加坡，成立30年，分支机构遍布全球七个国家。香港公司目前招聘一名有经验的固定收益销售人员，主要覆盖中国和香港的中资机构客户，直接向中资业务负责人汇报。候选人需要有债券销售或做市经验，并且有自己的客户基础。我们提供有竞争力的待遇和高比例提成等激励方案。

职责

• 固定收益销售团队核心成员，覆盖中国和香港中资机构客户；
• 拓展新客户及维护现有客户，挖掘交易机会；
• 协助中资业务负责人拓展客户，在主管休假或出差的情况下担任备岗；
• 熟悉了解客户交易偏好，掌握香港债券交易规则。

要求

• 自信、主动、渴望成功，有良好的沟通能力；
• 金融专业相关学士学位，CFA持有者优先；
• 有香港市场固定收益销售、交易或者做市经验；
• 有良好的英文和中文读写能力，中文是母语者优先。
