Based in Singapore, the individual will be joining the GSAM's South and Southeast Asia Client Business Team with a focus on broadening and deepening relationships in the Private Banking and Retail Banking client channels in Southeast Asia.

Principle Responsibilities:
  • Candidate is required to help grow and develop the GSAM's Southeast Asia client franchise, with a focus on broadening and deepening relationships in the Private Banking and Retail Banking client channels in Southeast Asia.
  • Work closely with the senior Sales Leaders to expand and deepen existing and new client relationships.
  • Business engagement with product gatekeepers, IC and RMs of our existing and prospective clients in Southeast Asia, with the primary focus on Singapore and Thailand.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Possess minimum 5-7 years of sales and/or sales support experience in servicing the private banking and retail banking businesses in Singapore or Asia broadly.
  • Has good product knowledge with strong technical background
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and maturity in handling clients' relationship
  • Genuine commitment to generating and closing sales opportunities
  • Strong sales personality, high energy level, resilient temperament, outgoing, resourceful and possesses intellectual curiosity
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic
  • Collaborative and collegiate team player

Preferred Qualifications
  • CFA preferred but not mandatory
