Sales Director / Specialist

This Hong Kong based Senior Sales professional is an individual contributor role, focus on generating new business and managing existing clients across the Banking/FSI market in the Greater China region. The incumbent will be reporting to the Head of Sales APAC and will be receiving a very attractive commission plan.

You will be involved in activities such as:

• Forecast, identify, and proactively uncover new business groups and opportunities within new and existing clients and segments
• Develop key relationships with clients and prospects through proactively uncovering their business needs and challenges and presenting recommendations on how our solution offerings fit into their overall goals and strategies
• Employ winning strategies to maintain and grow adoption of company products and leverage the installed user base to deploy additional solutions
• Master product demonstrations and knowledge of product capabilities and benefits

You will possess:

• Min 4+ years of sales, business development, and account management experience in the finance and investment industry.
• A proven track record of acquiring new business, successful account management, and proven track record of exceeding prior targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities and the ability to deliver professional and persuasive presentations
• Ability to understand complex investment requirements with a bachelor's degree or MBA or CFA is a plus
• Skilled at working as part of a team, sharing market information, leads, and working in a collaborative environment
