The Aladdin Client Engagement Group manages the partnerships formed with each BlackRock Solutions client. The Aladdin Client Engagement (ACE) is the trusted advisor, problem solver and business partner to Aladdin clients. They are the key point of contact and are charged with driving and deepening the relationship over time. The Aladdin RM is highly focused on understanding the needs and evolving priorities of client organizations and on providing investment process solutions that leverage the capabilities of the entire BlackRock Solutions organization.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

The Aladdin Client Engagement (ACE) is actively seeking a Vice President to help manage a set of high profile sophisticated clients in Insurance/Banking/Asset Management industry and Official Institutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Co-working with team for the goal of overall client satisfaction and drive expansion of business via analytics contents
• Coordinate projects across multiple internal teams to help clients take full advantage of Aladdin's risk and analytics capabilities
• Actively manage Aladdin analytic-related client communications, including model releases and enhancements
• Understand client objectives, investment & trading strategies and market events to effectively manage strategic analytics projects
• Assist Aladdin Implementation Managers onboard clients to the Aladdin platform
• Influence the strategic enhancement of our analytics platform

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant experience and knowledge in a specific area with financial technology, quantitative research, financial modeling, investment analysis, risk management on broad portfolio level such as equity, fixed income, securitized and alternatives.
• Experiences or knowledge of asset allocation, portfolio management, or risk management in our client industries (e.g., life/PnC insurance, banking, pension fund).
• CFA/FRM designation or progress towards CFA/FRM designation is desirable.
• Strong technology skills including SQL / programming.
• Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly to clients.
• Native level business Japanese language skills as well as business level English language skill.
• Passion and curiosity to learn wide range knowledge continuously.
• Keen client-focused spirit and team player
