Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the company, its various businesses and investment portfolios, and manage its investment risks, market risks, credit risks, counterparty risks, and financial risks, etc., generate reports and appropriate recommendations to the management
• Regularly monitor, review, and evaluate different types of risks according to the needs of different businesses and investment portfolios, prepare and review related risk management reports, and provide risk warnings to the investment team, department heads, committees, and management
• Review periodic risk reports, analyse any violations of risk codes, and take risk control measures in accordance with relevant risk management regulations
• Formulate, implement, and revise the investment and risk management code, and implement the relevant indicators set in the code
• Coordinate, establish, and manage the company's risk management system, and the module related to wind management reports in the company's database
• Responsible for the formation, management, assessment, and training of the team, lead the team to complete annual tasks
• Take a lead role in the work of the company's Corporate Risk Management Commission and the Secretariat of the Accountability Leading Group
• Advice senior management in risk-related issues
• Perform ad hoc assignments when required

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant discipline
• Hold professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, FRM, CAIA etc.
• More than 12 years of risk management experience, with rich team management experience, working experiences in private equity funds, asset management, fund management companies are preferred
• Good comprehensive literacy, strong management and coordination skills
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
• Possess excellent communication, presentation, and organisation skills
• Excellent command in written and spoken Chinese and English
