Our client is a market-leading, Australian fund with a broad, global and domestic investor base. We are seeking an up and coming Distribution professional to join the Sydney office. The position will have coverage of Institutional clients.

The role will work for one of the leading business development professionals in the Sydney market, this manager will provide expert mentorship and guidance to the successful applicant. Our client has high-performing funds across equities (Australian and global), fixed income, alternatives and property. This role is fundamental to the continued growth and maintenance of the business's institutional client base. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading fund in Australia. It offers a wonderful work environment and the team culture is high performing and rewarding.

We are seeking a candidate with 1-4 years' experience in financial markets with a strong interest in distribution and client facing opportunities. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and be adaptable to different personalities in the marketplace. This should be in both written and oral communications. Ideally the candidate be working towards their CFA and will have a university degree in a Commerce related field with high results.
