- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate recommendaitons through analysing financial models, term sheets, and investment teasers
- Working on end to end M&A deals from start to finish including portfolio management of the subsidiary companies
- Developing Powerpoint presentations to the investment community
- Diverse sector experience
- Candidates need to have a minimum of 10 years work experience at a top investment bank/ private equity firm/ buy side investment platform
- Canidates with a CFA or MBA will be preferred
- M&A exposure in Europe will be highly useful as well
