Investment Advisor

Role and Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' financial statuses (e.g. income, expenses and liabilities) and automate sound plans / budgets with digital tools
• Help clients with long term financial planning decisions (retirement, education, tax and investments)
• Perform financial needs analysis for clients using in-house proprietary system and provide investment advices
• Develop financial reports, generate investment proposals and help clients implement their plans and carry out transactions
• Maintain updated knowledge of regulations, practices and financial products
• Engage in business development activities, including client presentations, demonstrations, proposal writing and meetings
• Drive enhanced client experience by working closely with the executive team and collaborating with product/marketing teams

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with solid experience in customer experience/ banking industry.
• Possess HKSI qualification or equivalent
• CFP / CFA qualification preferred
• Proficiency in both written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
• 3-5 years of experience preferred
• Strong understanding of tech start-ups and financial markets

• Proven track record of successfully performing financial needs analysis for retail/affluent clients
• Proven sales track record, results driven, persistent and good time management Skills
• Client driven with a strong focus on providing holistic advice and high quality of service
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• An excellent understanding of financial planning, wealth management and understanding client needs
