Senior Investment Manager / Investment Manager, Direct Infrastructure Investor, Munich, Germany

We are working with the Infrastructure Investment Team of a prominent German Insurance company, based in Munich. The team is looking for an Investment Manager / Senior Manager with a focus on large-cap infrastructure investments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sourcing of investment opportunities in the infrastructure sector with regard to direct equity investments; ideally through strong own infrastructure network
• Coordination of due diligence and investment process with internal as well as external consultants
• Due diligence and valuation support; potentially support on asset management duties
• Participation in negotiations with sellers, project partners, banks and co-investors
• Support with the further development of investment and asset management strategies

YOUR PROFILE:

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines; additional qualifications, such as CFA, are a plus
• Professional work experience from an investment bank, M&A boutique, consultancy firm, leading auditing firm or telecommunications, social infrastructure or renewables company
• Previous transaction or M&A experience in the transportation, telecommunication or social infrastructure sector is helpful
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Excellent MS-Office skills, in particular Excel
• You are a team player with a hands-on approach and an eye for detail
• Fluency in German and English is required
