Our client is service provider company, their business around China and APAC. As their business expansion, they are currently looking for an Analyst - Investment to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate the business, market positioning, target groups, etc. of comparable companies, and provide research opinions to the department and the group in combination with their annual reports and financing reports
• Collect and study market information for the corporate development and investment
• Carry out financial Due Diligent, financial forecasting and analysis of investment projects,
• Responsible for target business report and business plan
• Assist Investment and Financing Department post-investment management, evaluation and analysis for the business performance
• Other tasks or projects on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree of Finance, Economics, Business or related disciplines
• CFA, CPA or related certificates would be preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in professional firm or investment related
• Strong in financial modelling and valuation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English
