The current deal pipeline includes a California Atmospheric Water Generation technology company (Series A, $50M, plus $150M project financing), a $15M private real assets and water rights acquisition in New Mexico with 680 million liters of water supply, and a large-scale Private Public Partnership (PPP) in Greenland for the capture, storage, banking, distribution of 100 Trillion liters of freshwater ice melt.

• Knows how to engage a pre-defined universe of private equity investors (CEOs/CIOs) that seek access to Water Investment Opportunities, ESG, Impact, Sustainable Finance.

• Possesses the skillset, confidence, determination, emotional intelligence to actively support TSC's fundraising objectives for the above referenced opportunities in Q4-2021 and beyond. 

• Has a strong desire to learn, grow, and earn success fees as a percentage of funds raised
