Assistant Relationship Manager, Private Banking

H IGHLIGHTS

• High chance of promoting to Private Banker with AUM provided
• Working location: Central
• Semi-Private to Private banking ARM will also be considered

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide comprehensive support to RMs in their daily tasks, managing client relationship and executing a broad range of banking and investment transactions for Private Banking clients.
• Provide concise information and responses to client enquiries, execute all client transactions on a timely basis.
• Collect and prepare account opening documentation and related processes, including but not limited to KYC and CDD practices.
• Support RMs in attending to and follow-up on customer service issues with clients and internal departments, and in all cases report and escalate customer complaints to management in accordance with established procedures.
• Handle client document and reporting with ensuring full awareness of and adherence to the policy and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of working experience in Semi-Private or Private Banking sector as an Assistant Relationship Manager
• Bachelor's / University degree or equivalent experience
• HKSI / HKMA / CFA / IIQE Licensing will be an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and client interfacing skills
• Strong understanding of Private Banking products and operational procedures
• Fluent in Mandarin, and Proficiency in English and Cantonese
