Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct financial models and analysis to evaluate existing investments
- Conduct market research and perform due diligence within the utility and transportation sector
- Work closely with the senior executives to engage in deal investment process including execution and post-investment management
- Review deal terms, negotiate and execute investment transactions
- To monitor ongoing business & financial performance of investment projects
- Coordinating with external professionals, including auditors, lawyers, and other professionals to perform due diligence work, fund formation and transaction execution process
Requirements:
- Degree holder with professional qualification, e.g. CFA, CA, CPA.
- At least 3 years' working experience gained from buy-side/ B4/ Management Consulting firm. People with experiences in Energy/Transport/Utility sectors would be a plus.
- Strong financial skills, sound knowledge in financial modelling, debt financing, accounting, tax, and structuring
- Attentive to details with excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- Able to communicate with all levels confidently including senior executives
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- People with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
