Our client is an internationally active real estate & infrastructure private equity team with a strong track record. The team invests across all sub-sectors of real estate and infrastructure and across a range of private equity investments including manager selection, co-investments and direct investments. This is an exciting opportunity to join their growing team based in Saudi Arabia.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process including sourcing, analysis and execution of investment opportunities across sectors including due diligence, financial modelling, deal structuring and negotiation and creation of all investment committee materials.
• Support the monitoring of the performance of portfolio companies and recommend corrective actions

YOUR PROFILE:

• Experience from a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm, or sovereign wealth fund
• Transaction experience within the real assets is ideal
• You should have a degree from a top-tier university
• CFA and/or MBA is preferred
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills as well as strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness and ability to relocate and be based in Saudi Arabia full time
