Manager - Investment Banking

NDB Investment Bank Limited (NDBIB) is the leading investment bank in the country offering a diverse portfolio of financial solutions including Debt & Equity capital raising, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Corporate Advisory services. We are looking out for an experienced professional to join us as a Manager. 

•Be a part of the team handling the execution of Equity Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisition transactions.

•Conduct in-depth research and financial analysis on companies/ industries / markets.

•Prepare pitch documents, presentation material, research, and financial models required for ongoing and potential transactions.

•Perform financial analysis for company valuations and prepare pitch documents, information memoranda and other presentations.

•Interact with various stakeholders and potential clients for new business opportunities. 

•Provide customized solutions for clients during M&A, capital raising and/or financial advisory transactions.

•Liaise with all stakeholders including due diligence advisors, third party advisors and regulatory authorities in executing transactions.
