Senior Associate, Real Estate

My Client, a London based corporate finance/investment management business, seek a Senior Associate level Real Estate professional to join their team in the City.

The role will involve working with the senior members of the Real Estate team in relation to :

• Advising and supporting clients across M&A execution, Debt Advisory and Capital Raising

• Assisting with the day-to-day management of transactions which includes preparation of information memoranda, transaction structuring, valuation analysis and management presentations, and taking responsibility for the preparation of information and client communications

• Drive and take ownership through different phases of the process and be the client "point person"
• Preparation of presentation books, memorandums, management presentations, board materials and other presentation materials for use in corporate finance transactions or strategic client dialogue
• Assist the head of the team in identifying potential transactions and clients
• Build and review of complex financial models, helping manage transaction or debt advisory processes and assisting in structuring
• Industry research for both deal origination and transaction analysis
• Supporting investor dialogue in relevant transactions
• Developing and managing client relationships

Suitable candidates will be able to evidence :

-8+ years' execution experience across real assets corporate finance advisory / investments

• Strong academic track record and professional qualifications (e.g. ACA/CFA)
• Solid understanding of debt structuring, in particular institutional and project finance type cashflows & covenants
• A good understanding of credit ratings and associated ratings methodologies
• Excellent quantitative skills, specifically financial modelling (DCF, LBO etc.)
