Position Description:

What is Perform and why is it important to PIMCO? Perform is our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform used by over 1,800 Client Facing professionals that service our retail and institutional business globally.

Our Platform Success Team is seeking a London based Business Analyst to ensure business partners are obtaining maximum value and capabilities from PIMCO's Sales Technology Platforms. In partnership with global business teams, the position is responsible for driving platform adoption, tracking and analysing usage metrics and promoting "Best Practice" use of our sales platform.

We are seeking a motivated individual to help promote PIMCO's internal sales platforms and ensure that we are delivering measurable and impactful business value to our clients. This role will also actively engage with technology, design and user experience teams.

Position Requirements:

  • Establish positive trusted relationships with product working group members and the business
  • Build knowledge articles for user community (FAQs, reference guides, quick tips, how-to videos)
  • Participate in project team calls, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint demos, sprint review, deployment and release management and retrospectives
  • Promote "Best Practice" use of the platform
  • Supervise and analyse platform usage metrics and identify key trends to improve user experience
  • Seek user success stories that can be shared broadly to promote platform and initiatives
  • Partnering with Product Owners and empowered business stakeholders to drive user adoption
  • Establish consistent processes on QA, providing support & self-service capabilities that will encourage platform stability for our users
  • Provide user support via SLACK Help Channels and Service Now
  • Crafting automated helpbots for SLACK to enable and educate users on Help Channels
  • Work cross-functionally across Technology, Design, Business Management/Users and with the Perform team to build the highest quality experiences for users

The candidate must have strong communication skills, be self-motivated and have an aptitude for rapidly mastering new skills and concepts. Finally, you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on driving collaboration and perfection.

Requirements

  • Bachelors' degree from accredited institution
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and grooming backlogs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, ServiceNow, Lucid charts, Trello and/or Smartsheets
  • Prior Project Management experience preferred
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Financial Services
