Position Description:

We are seeking an experienced MDM Technical Business Analyst to join our Client Data Intelligence team to evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas of improvement and develop and implement solutions. In this position you will be performing detailed requirement analysis, documenting processes, detail data analysis of existing and new feeds, and performing some user acceptance testing. Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the ongoing MDM (Master Data Management) product enhancements, development and modernization
  • Lead initial and ongoing reviews of business processes with product owners and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end business process flows
  • Partnering with various technology team and product owners to demonstrate the product features
  • Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Performing user acceptance testing with developers and stakeholders
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and development team
  • Utilized Kanban methodologies to track & manage project deliverables
  • Utilize Lucicharts to build conceptual, logical diagrams and swim-lane business processes
  • Build wireframes; create data models and data flow diagrams
  • Perform data analysis and profiling of 3rd party data integration with client reference data management and CRM systems
  • Provide production support as needed


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience as BA on Data/analytics projects preferred
  • Recent experience delivering Master Data Management solutions, in sales and marketing domain (Customer, Contact, Product, etc.
  • Experience with MDM tools such as Semarchy, Profisee, Informatica, etc.
  • Understanding of ETL/ELT/API based Integration patterns for Data Services
  • Superb communication skills to engage effectively with Technical and Business Stakeholders
  • Understanding of Data Governance and how it relates to successful MDM
  • Experience in Data Warehousing and Data management
  • Experience delivering solutions in Cloud, preferably AWS & Snowflake a BIG Plus
  • Experience or Understanding with DevOps, CI/CD, Test Automation in Data Services area
  • Solid understanding of MDM Benefits, Best Practices & Challenges
  • Strong SQL skills (Oracle preferred)
  • Experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira Kanban Boards for task management
  • Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects at once
