We are recruiting a Private Equity Analyst for a company with over 30 years of experience in Investment Fund Management in various business areas.

Descrição

• Performing an active sourcing and respective in-depth analysis of new investment opportunities;
• Support for the development of presentations related to new or already undertaken investment's opportunities;
• Prepare materials for portfolio review meetings;
• Operational monitoring and assistance of portfolio's investments at a daily basis;
• Support the preparation of periodic investment and operation's reports;
• Assist the development of investment's valuations, performing financial analysis and its respective business plan's preparation;
• Conduct due diligences and evaluate investment's opportunities together with industry's experts;
• Develop a wide range of industry contacts in order to increase company's exposure to new investment's opportunities;
• Prepare market analysis' report and researches to support investment's decisions.

Perfil ideal

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics or Management;
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience;
• Appropriate Financial knowledge;
• Experience in real estate investment analysis or in any other function within the Real Estate sector is a plus;
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment;
• Must be extremely proactive, dynamic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to produce great end results;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (with a desire to build relationships with firm's stakeholders);
• Very strong critical thinking;
• Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability;
• Strong time management and organizational skills;
• Good computer knowledge and skills, including in-depth expert knowledge of all Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
• English fluent, oral and writing.
