Position Description:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing & Audience Targeting Lead who will drive our acquisition and targeting strategies across paid channels, focusing on engaging financial advisors and institutional investors. You will leverage audience targeting and test and learn to optimize key performance metrics across paid display and social, aligned with campaigns that support our Americas business. You will be hands-on optimizing placements, content, and spend, through comprehensive and data-driven testing and targeting strategy. In addition, you will partner closely with our brand and creative team, media planners, platforms teams, and agencies to fully integrate our campaign strategies in alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead acquisition focused campaigns to drive and optimize traffic across channels, including display, social, and third-party content publishers, in partnership with marketing and the business, to drive key performance metrics
  • Leverage data to inform segmentation and audience targeting strategy across our media channels, working with agencies and adtech platforms to identify and engage highly qualified traffic
  • Direct data-driven test and learn approach to optimize our demand strategy across publishers, placements, content, bid, and target segments that improve both the client experience and campaign efficiency
  • Define and standardize metrics and KPIs used to measure and optimize our paid channel performance across campaigns, working with our analytics and platforms teams
  • Partner with our brand, creative, and analytics team to develop comprehensive media briefs that fully capture targeting and optimization strategies across campaigns
  • Partner with technology and platforms team to onboard, adopt, and utilize in-house adtech platforms, enhancing our ability to target, optimize, and measure our paid media


Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5-8+ years of experience working on digital marketing/advertising, specifically focusing on audience targeting, paid media, and performance marketing optimization, preferably within the financial services or professional services industries or in a B2B environment
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, including programmatic display and paid social, (LinkedIn experience is preferred), along with experience partnering with agencies and analytics teams
  • Hands-on experience working within adtech platforms to optimize publishers, targeting, placements, and spend (DV360 preferred)
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with experience implementing (e.g., floodlights) and tracking, and reporting on paid media performance to measure offsite and onsite engagement (ROI, ROAS, CPA, CPL)
  • Experience onboarding and leveraging first-party data to inform targeting and segmentation strategies through paid media and paid social
  • Experience integrating paid media work with broader campaign strategies and aligning measurement closely to business goals
  • Proficiency in digital media trends and digital marketing best practices
