You will lead a team of experienced risk managers in credit risk, market risk and operational risk.

about the job

• You will advise the Executive Board Committee on risk and governance expectation for the Firm and help quantify the amount of risk the Firm should take on
• You will take on direct ownership and lead the design, development and implementation of quantitative models and analytical tools for credit risk and liquidity risk monitoring
• You will engage and collaborate with various internal / external units on development implementation and integration of new metrics and frameworks
• You will lead the presentation of credit proposal and a dvise on business strategic planning, new business and product approval processes ensuring risks are identified, considered and mitigated
• You will develop and manage a comprehensive risk management framework in respect to credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, operational risk and strategic risk to ensure proper processes for risk identification, assessment, monitoring and mitigation are in place
• You will provide new insights to understand situations and develop solutions to resolve complex problems

skills & experiences required

• University degree and above in Finance, Economics, IT or Engineering with ideally FRM or CFA qualification
• At least 15-20+ years of relevant risk management experience in investment banks or securities firm
• Strong and in-depth understanding of credit risk, business analysis, global markets and ECM/DCM businesses
• Strong people management and leadership experience
• Familiar with SFC regulatory requirements
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in fluent English and Chinese languages
