This is a dynamic role working with one of the most sophisticated corporate performance, valuation and strategic analysis framework that covers over 20,000 companies globally. Developing an in-depth understanding of the HOLT methodology in order to answer any model and data related client questions. With the need in articulating the benefits of the framework and helping clients extract differentiated insights from the HOLT Framework.
Responsibilities also include maintaining the HOLT company database, generating unique company and sector insights by leveraging the HOLT framework and assisting in customized analysis requested by institutional clients. Cultivating and developing new client relationships and growing the HOLT product penetration and client base. Whilst equally building and growing relationships across the company, collaborating with managements and other teams across research, sales and trading.

You Offer

• A strong academic background, with individuals from Accounting or Finance majors or having strong proficiency in analyzing financial statements and participation in the CFA, CPA, ACA programs advantageous.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in the finance industry; prior experience covering regional APAC markets and sectors, in an equity research or equity sales role would be an advantage but not a necessity.
• Outstanding commercial acumen, communication, presentation, verbal and strong written skills in English.
• Possesses strong computer proficiencies including programming experience is advantageous.
• A high level of attention to detail, interpersonal skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Being able to work in Hong Kong within a diverse team environment, cross collaborating with connected teams regionally and globally.
