Job Description:
• Develop and screen investment opportunities in real estate, renewable energy infrastructure, and private companies with potential growth
• Play an active role in investment transactions from start to finish, including legal documentation and all closing logistics
• Prepare investment memorandums and present well-developed investment recommendations along with due diligence findings to internal committees and clients
• Develop financial products including syndication to clients
• Develop business relationships and network in professional and social settings
• Perform due diligence on financial information and risk factors
• Develop deal structuring options and evaluate exit plans for investment opportunities
• Engage in regular research about economy, industries and investment targets
• Assist with special projects on an as-needed basis.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree with at least 3, 5, 7 years of work experience respectively in each job titles; 7+ years preferred
• Work experience at a global IB firm preferred
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, attention to detail and multitasking skills
• High level of motivation and commitment to working hard
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• MBA, CFA, CPA, and/or Series 7/79 preferred
• Bilingual in Korean strongly preferred
