ESOP Associate

PCE seeks an Associate to join our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) group with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial advisory services. Responsibilities will include running ESOP Feasibility Studies, assessing a companies’ financial and operational performance, constructing financial models to determine company value and debt capacity, writing offering memorandums to describe a company’s strategy and growth prospects and generating lists of buyers and/or capital providers who should receive the offering memorandums.
Associates are expected to graduate to either an internal position managing other associates and analysts or an external position pitching prospects and directing transactions for our clients. We have positions available in our Orlando, Chicago, Atlanta, St. Louis or Ridgewood, NJ area offices.
Associates work in small, client-focused teams within the Investment Banking group devoted to helping PCE’s clients achieve their financial and strategic objectives. The successful candidate will have opportunities to work closely with senior deal team members, will have the support of junior team members, will also have significant client interaction and the ability to directly contribute to the team’s success.
Requirements
Required to have direct experience working in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and/or valuation, and a college degree. Candidates should possess a strong accounting or finance background, as well as excellent quantitative, writing and communication skills.
