SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

The company also manages a rapidly increasing portfolio of real estate assets of their own, and on behalf of external clients.
In this newly created role, you will work closely with the Group Financial Chief Officer and VP, Acquisitions & Leasing. You will have the opportunity to contribute to decision making for development programs, capital structuring, acquisitions, dispositions and strategy. This will include creating, analyzing and updating pro forma models, cash flows and capital profiles for real estate development projects across asset classes with particular focus on residential, retail and office. You will provide support for the underwriting, due diligence, negotiation and placement of land and pre-development loans, construction facilities, term loans, and equity partnerships. Suited to someone interested in capital markets and with a passion for real estate development, the role will include a variety of work and the chance to add value and insights to broader business strategy.
To be considered for this role you must be a proactive individual with excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail. Candidates for consideration should have 3+ years of relevant finance or real estate industry experience with education in finance, real estate or economics. The role will require high technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel modeling skills. Experience with Argus would be beneficial as would an MBA or CFA designation.
