Responsibilities:
  • Assist in convening Investor Relations Committee meetings including logistics arrangement and all supporting work
  • Assist in organising Investor Relations activities including roadshows, reverse roadshows and related communications, daily meetings with analysts and investors, as well as handling registrations for large-scale investment conferences
  • Assist in monitoring capital market performances, conducting shareholder analysis, collecting market statistics, industry information, financial data and analyst reports
  • Responsible for maintenance of various databases, participating in the production of daily and monthly stock performance reports as well as ad-hoc reports
  • Assist in Investor Relations website update, manage investor hotline and filing
Requirements:
  • Degree holder with major in economics, finance, financial management, accounting or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years relevant experience, with at least 1 year at listed company or banking sector is preferred. Preference will be given to those candidates with experiences in banking sales, account & finance, risk management and strategy planning
  • CFA or CPA holder is preferred
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and attentive to details are essential
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is a definite advantage
  • Good command of computer skills in Microsoft office including words, excel, powerpoint, etc
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
