The Company

Ardian is a world-leading private investment house with assets of US$110bn managed or advised. The company is majority-owned by its employees and maintains a truly global network, with more than 700 employees working from fifteen offices across the Americas, Europe and Asia. It manages funds on behalf of clients through five pillars of investment expertise: Fund of Funds, Direct Funds, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Private Debt.

Ardian's assets have grown from $55bn in 2015 to $110bn as of 3/31/2021. The increase in assets has come from measured growth in fund sizes, linked to strong investor demand, and prudent expansion of the product offering in terms of strategies and geographies.

Ardian has an A+ score from the UN PRI for its company-wide policy on ESG issues. 75% of Ardian employees are shareholders of the company. This speaks to Ardian's culture which is highly collegial, collaborative and responsible, in both corporate and social matters. Ardian is focused on maintaining this culture and its values as the firm continues to expand.

The Group

Ardian places great emphasis on marketing and investor relations, ensuring clients' needs and requirements are continually met. Transparency and engagement are at the heart of the close relationships that Ardian has built with its investors.
