- Responsible for the marketing of ECM transactions, i.e. IPO/Follow-Ons
- Actively engage with both international and domestic investors for anchor for IPO and secondary opportunities
- Organize deal and non-deal roadshows, assess market interest, and identify potential investors
- Formulate and implement strategies and plans for ECM activities
- Develop and strengthen institutional and corporate clients networks
- Explore and liaise directly with investors, e.g. fund managers, institutional, corporate & private investors
- Build and maintain good relationships with investors on an on-going basis
Requirements
- University degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics or relevant disciplines
- Professional qualifications, e.g. CFA/ CPA are advantageous
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ECM and investment banking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent logical sense, work attitude, and integrity
- Able to perform under pressure and pressed timelines
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
