Investor Relations & Business Development Manager in the Blockchain and Digital Asset Space

Tavis Digital is a Swiss asset management company focusing on digital assets and tokenized investments. Tavis Digital is a spin-off of finma-regulated Tavis Capital which manages over USD 1b from institutional investors. Tavis Digital offers similar institutional-grade investment management, all in the area of digital assets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university
• Ideally complemented with a capital markets education (CIR, CFA, CAIA or similar)
• Highly fluent in Mandarin and English - needs to be able to collect information, produce written materials as well as communicate verbally in both languages. German or any other language is a plus
• Advanced understanding of how most major cryptocurrencies function 'under the hood' and ability to evaluate blockchain protocols indepth
• Advanced analytical skills and knowledge in staking on Proof-of-Stake blockchains
• Previous work experience within the venture capital, crypto & blockchain space and proficient in handling PR & marketing tasks
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Ability to understand cultural difference and communicate effectively

Responsibilities:

• Lead business development and sales activities with a focus on East Asian / Chinese market
• Raise the company profile by participating industry events
• Develop relationships with potential investors and clients in East Asian countries
• Manage and retain relationships with existing investors and clients
• Have an in-depth knowledge of products and value propositions
• Identify and map business strength and market needs
• Create, update and translate company presentations
• Support and manage the creation of reports on products and performance
• Handle enquires about the company and its offerings
• Overtake public relations & marketing duties such as website design, social media updates and creating new outreach channels
• Help developing and onboarding interesting new crypto asset products
• Determine the impact of changes to other systems for upcoming projects and releases of protocols
• Map and detect the most interesting investment opportunities within a defined space
• Prepare due diligence materials for documentation on behalf of the Investment Committee and compliance review purposes
